YEEEESH!

I have been wanting this. So. Freaking. Much.

I've been calling it my "drawing pad." I lay in bed at night and DREAM of what I could do with this. Craig and I have been talking about getting one for me pretty soon and we figured we could a couple months from now. I even settled for picking the cheapy off-brand version just so I could have it sooner and you know, not spend as much money [I'm so CHEAP it's painful]. But when I was getting blood work done today [which HURT] Craig ran to Staples and got me a surprise. The perfect, all out specimen. My Wacom Bamboo drawing pad. Warranty and all. I am soooooooo excited. Out of my mind excited. I couldn't wait to go home from work all day so I could play with it. I can't wait to get done with this blog post so I can play with it! Wish me luck!

That's my superhappyexcited face. My husband is a gem

  2. Have one! I'm recommending it to the whole world. It's even better than I hoped! It responds so well. The whole design is genius. It makes me want to buy every design program ever.

  4. Listen carefully. You plug it into your computer. You draw on it with a cordless stylus-pen. Whatever you draw on the pad APPEARS ON THE COMPUTER SCREEN. In computer-graphics form. No more fighting with the mouse/mouse pad in Paint to get the perfect curly-que. The drawing pad things mimics reals pens, pencil, makers, paint, etc. It's super responsive too. Like, if you add more pressure, the line becomes thicker and darker on screen. Just like a real something! I'm not so great with computer graphics and sometimes I fail with standard, messy mediums but somehow this combines what I'm good at with the two different worlds and lets me make beautiful things. Like a giraffe with a tutu.
